辦理?xiàng)l件：
People who had been abroad for one year and more should have the infectious diseases surveillance and physical examinations conducted following the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of China and its implementation rules, before having the COVID-19 vaccination records translated and registered. People who had been abroad for less than one year can submit the documents related to their travels abroad (including visa, round trip air tickets, and approval documents for going abroad) for vaccination records translation and registration.
對(duì)于出境一年及以上各類人員，新冠疫苗接種記錄的翻譯，需先按《國境衛(wèi)生檢疫法》及《國境衛(wèi)生檢疫法實(shí)施細(xì)則》要求，完成傳染病監(jiān)測(cè)體檢；出境不足一年的人員，提供相應(yīng)短期出境證明材料（簽證、往返機(jī)票、出境批件等）經(jīng)工作人員審核后，可申請(qǐng)辦理新冠疫苗接種記錄翻譯。

Please make an appointment on the WeChat public account “玖九翻譯中心[NUMBER 99 TRANSLATION SERVICE CENTER] after fully completing your vaccination schedule. Please provide both the original and the copy of your vaccination records to the handling authority, the Hunan International Travel Healthcare Center, and arrive at the center according to an appointed time. Please make proper self-protection, and collaborate with epidemic prevention and control regulations and requirements of the center. To meet the demand of exit and entry personnel, the center can provide COVID-19 nucleic acid test service and Chinese-English bilingual testing report.
